When and how did you get into performance marketing?
I started working in the realm of performance marketing in 2010 for an online travel business.
You have experience in lots of areas of digital advertising. How do those experiences complement your position now?
I think those experiences complement my new role very well as my position requires an individual who can build profitable long-term relationships with key, high-value clients.
What is the most successful ROI optimisation story you can remember?
I built a Programmatic Department from scratch for a large Multinational e-commerce at the time when programmatic was just starting up. My team revenue grew from zero to multi-million within a year.
What has been the biggest change in the industry that you’ve witnessed?
Without a doubt, the evolution of the programmatic advertising industry.
What part of your job brings you a feeling of pride?
Learning. First, you need to know what you do not know. Then you can seek to improve. Someone who constantly takes steps to improve themselves is likely the person who takes pride in their work.
